Daily Itinerary:
Day 1
Begin this awesome journey by traveling via deluxe motorcoach to Strongsville, Ohio for overnight accommodations. You will have the chance to enjoy the ride and meet your new traveling companions along the way.
Day 2
After breakfast at the hotel, you continue your travels toward New England, stopping this evening in Scranton, Pennsylvania for an overnight stay. Prior to hotel checkin, you visit the Steamtown National Historic Site. This is the site of the former Delaware Lackawanna & Western Railway yard and features one of the largest collections of period locomotives.
Day 3
Breakfast is served at the hotel before you re-board the motorcoach and travel to the Boston area. You arrive at the Cohasset Harbor Inn south of Boston this afternoon where you will find relaxing surroundings and dinner is included tonight overlooking the harbor. Relax & enjoy the food and the surroundings.

Day 4
You won’t want to miss breakfast at the Inn before a full day of touring in the Boston area. You start with a visit to the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library followed by lunch on your own and shopping time at Quincy Market. This afternoon, you will be taken on a guided tour of historic Boston with stops at the Old North Church and the U.S.S. Constitution. Later you see the famous Revolutionary War sites of Lexington Green and the Rude Bridge at Concord before an included dinner at the Colonial Inn in Concord. Your return to the Cohasset Harbor Inn later this evening.

Day 5
After another included breakfast, you travel north to Maine where you will have a guided Tour of the Yorks region, including a stop at the Nubble Lighthouse. Weather permitting, you will be taken on a very informative lobster cruise to learn all about these fascinating creatures. Lunch and shopping on your own will be in Perkins Cove before you drive through the Kennebunkport area to view the majestic sea captain homes and the Bush family summer home. You then travel through some of the wonderful New England countryside into New Hampshire where you have overnight accommodations at the Snowy Owl Inn, surrounded by the White Mountains at Campton. Dinner is included at the William Tell Restaurant this evening.

Day 6
Enjoy a relaxing extended continental breakfast at the Inn. Your first adventure today will be a cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee, the largest lake in New Hampshire. Disembark in Wolfeboro with time for shopping and lunch on your own. This afternoon you tour Castle In the Clouds, a delightful mansion located on a hill overlooking the lake. You enter the state of Vermont later this afternoon with a scheduled photo stop at Quechee Gorge before arriving at the Greenbrier Inn in Killington, Vt. for a two-night stay. A welcome reception is scheduled in your honor prior to an included dinner this evening.

Day 7
This has been set aside as a full day to explore some of the wonders of Vermont. It begins with breakfast at the Inn, followed by a visit to the Vermont Marble Exhibit which highlights the history of the state’s marble industry. Did we mention there is a great gift shop here? Next you can learn how Vermont maple syrup is made, tastes samples and browse the country store at the New England Maple Museum. A visit to Woodstock for shopping, lunch on your own and a chance to see a covered bridge up close is next on the agenda. Your final activity will be a chance to explore the exhibits at the Vermont Institute of Natural Science Ecology & Raptor Center in Quechee. Dinner is included and overnight is again in Killington.

Day 8
This will be your final day in New England as you begin to travel west toward home. Breakfast is included though, and before you leave this wonderful region of America, you have a chance to stop in Bennington, Vermont for visits to the Battlefield Monument, the Old First Church and the Pottery. Your destination for this evening will be Auburn, New York in the Finger Lakes region. Your overnight accommodations are here and dinner is included.

Rise & Shine! Your deluxe motorcoach is ready and waiting. Today you travel through the state of New York, a portion of Pennsylvania and into Ohio where your lodging is waiting in Perrysburg. A Farewell Dinner is included this evening at the hotel.

You can partake of a final breakfast, then have your suitcases ready for the journey home. Arrival in your original departure point will be late this afternoon. Don’t forget your memories of a wonderful trip to New England’s Country Inns.
