Your Itinerary:
Day 1 – Wednesday, January 28, 2009
Depart today from your selected airport for your flight to Orlando, Florida. If you select to depart from the Quad Cities Airport a Tri-State Travel Representative will meet and greet you at the airport to assure you safely on your way. Upon arrival in Orlando you will transfer to your Orlando Hotel for your first overnight stay. Your local Tour director will be on hand this evening to answer any questions you may have. Welcome to Orlando! (Note: Please schedule your flight to arrive no later than 4 p.m. in Orlando.)
Day 2 – Thursday, January 29, 2009
This morning, head to picturesque St. Augustine, the oldest European city in the United States, founded by Juan Ponce de Leon in his search for the legendary Fountain of Youth. You’ll visit the oldest house in the U.S. and the 17th century Castillo de San Marcos National Monument – the oldest masonry fort in the United States. End the day with a walk on sandy Cocoa Beach with your overnight stay in Cocoa Beach.
Day 3 – Friday, January 30, 2009
Today we travel to Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center, the hub of America’s space operations. Enjoy a NASA tour, which provides insight into the achievements of America’s space program. After your tour, head south to Hollywood Beach, where you will stay for the next two nights. Enjoy the evening at your leisure.
Day 4 – Saturday, January 31, 2009
This morning, join our included excursion to Miami Beach with its colorful art deco buildings, and stop at Miami’s lively Bayside market. Afterward, return to Hollywood Beach. Since the rest of the day is at leisure, enjoy the Florida sun while relaxing by your hotel pool.
Day 5 – Sunday, February 1, 2009
This morning, it’s south to the Overseas Highway, crossing 42 bridges through the Florida Keys to picturesque Key West, the southernmost town in the continental U.S. After checking into our Key West accommodations for the next two nights step out and discover the charms of Key West. May we suggest a visit to Mallory Square to view the spectacular sunset and then stroll along Duval Street with its colorful cafes. Welcome to Key West!
Day 6 – Monday, February 2, 2009
Enjoy the morning at leisure or partake of an optional sightseeing tour offered for those interested in discovering Key West. Sit back and relax on the open-air trolley and view some of Key West’s most famous sights, including Ernest Hemingway’s home, Fort Zachery, Southernmost Point, situated less than 90 miles north of Cuba: and the Audubon House and Gardens. Spend the afternoon beachcombing or visit the many boutiques and museums. Be sure to sample the delicious Caribbean cuisine for which this semi-tropical paradise is so famous. Celebrate your last evening in Key West!
Day 7 – Tuesday, February 3, 2009
Today we head back to the mainland to the subtropical wilderness of the Everglades. Board your airboat for a thrilling sightseeing ride through the extensive swamplands. Sleepy alligators basking on the banks of the waterways are a common sight to see. After a great day with nature we travel to Naples for our overnight stay. Enjoy the evening at your leisure in Naples.
Day 8 – Wednesday, February 4, 2009
As we depart this morning from Naples we travel to nearby Ft. Myers and make a visit to the famous inventor Thomas Edison’s Winter Home and Laboratory. Then, step through the always-open “Friendship Gate” to visit Henry Ford’s Winter Home. Don’t miss the enormous banyan tree in the garden. We travel to St. Pete Beach, our home for the next two nights. Enjoy the evening at your leisure along St. Pete Beach or sign up for an optional dinner cruise suggested by your Tour Director available this evening.
Day 9 – Thursday, February 5, 2009
A full day to relax at your seaside hotel is yours today in a resort city that offers a fine selection of warm weather activities. Your Tour Director will have suggestions on the best places to shop and dine along St. Pete Beach. Enjoy the day as you wish in St. Pete Beach!
Day 10 – Friday, February 6, 2009
This morning, head to the Orlando International Airport for your homebound flight. Please schedule flights after 12 p.m. Return home early this evening after a great time away in the Florida sunshine!

This morning we head to Orlando where we check into our Lake Buena Vista accommodations for the next two nights. Again, your Tour Director will be ready to share with you all the optional activities available during your two night stay in the Orlando area. Partake of any of the exciting and various outings available. Select from any one of the many Disney Theme Parks, including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. Additional offerings include SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Your Tour Director will also offer suggestions on the best places to shop and dine during your stay. Welcome to Orlando!
Day 11 – Saturday, February 7, 2009
Enjoy your last full day in Orlando as you wish. Relax and explore the many sights in the Orlando area from one of the many theme parks, shopping, dining or simply relaxing at your hotel taking in the Florida sunshine.
Day 12 – Sunday, February 8, 2009
Our trip concludes today as we bid farewell to Orlando and transfer to the airport for your return flight home. Please plan your flights to depart no sooner than 12:00 p.m. Return home with many warm memories of our time away in the Florida sunshine ready to return again.

Reservation Policy:
A $500.00 per person deposit is due with reservation. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Policy:
1. A refund of all monies paid to date will be made upon written notice to cancel up to 60 days prior to departure.
2. Cancellations received between 59 and 45 days prior to departure will be assessed 50% of the per person tour price.
3. Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the date of departure will be assessed 100% of the per person price of the tour.
4. Any No Shows will forfeit 100% of the per person tour price.
